Black Swan Events is a locally owned but globally connected events management company. We can be sole organisers or become a part of the larger teams for events of all scale. With in-house design, communications, marketing, entertainment management, and finance expertise we bring together experience and creativity into one team. Our directors are passionate about what we do and strive to create and nurture the relationships we make with our clients. With humble Chatham Island beginnings; director Alexandra Hind has over 10 years’ experience in event planning including 3 years of running the Chatham Island Festival.

We are a business that delivers professionally planned events and proposes classy, concise communications helping businesses primarily on the Chatham Islands with the goal to deliver offshore. Black Swan Events will share and tie in the unique stories of the Chatham Island people, products, and Island we represent, in a way that leaves an impression even after the occasion is over.
